Alan is responsible for identifying and sourcing new land and partnership opportunities that align with the business plans of both Strata and our partners. 

Alan's role is centred on working closely with our key partners, including Registered Providers, Build-to-Rent providers, Local Authorities, and landowners, to deliver schemes on their behalf. His expertise spans land acquisition, regeneration, planning, bid writing, and business development. He is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes for every project. 

Alan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
