Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster
A phase of 50 new affordable housing units as part of the residential element of the Riverdale Park development, the project includes a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes that meet the National Planning Policy Framework criteria for affordable housing. Harworth are the development manager and Great Places manage the homes once complete. The scheme included all onsite infrastructure, homes and a small EV charging area.

The Wheatley Hall Road project was a collaboration between land owner Harworth, housing association Great Places and Strata as principal contractor. We worked together to build a community of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom homes to bring much needed affordable housing to the area.
