We have also successfully onboarded a new internal system that allows us to track our impact against a range of environmental and social indicators in real time. One of our most powerful actions this year was to start building our own embodied carbon calculator from the ground up, with our team and our supply chain partners. This evolving tool has given us profound insight into our materials, methods, and emissions.  

We are focused on designing waste out of our processes through better resource management and circular thinking. We also continue to embed environmental audits at every stage of our work. Our enhanced visibility allows us to track and analyze key areas such as gas and electricity consumption, diesel use, fleet and business mileage, waste generation, and water consumption.
