Multi-tenure
Many of the sites we secure are ideal for a multi-tenure approach, allowing us to develop a project in phases. This not only accelerates the pace of development but also helps establish a balanced, mixed, and sustainable community from the very beginning, this can either mean a whole phase for partnership development or a mixed tenure each year of the build phase or a single phase approach with a number of homes each year as we sell other homes on the development.
Affordable Homes
We proudly partner with a number of Registered Providers and Local Authorities to support the development of affordable housing through a variety of models, from S106 to contracted delivery.
Single Family Rental
Through Aura, our joint venture with PlaceFirst, we proactively source sites that are ideal for single-family rental homes. We have a number of live and planned developments and are actively seeking more. We handle the pre-development and delivery phases, while PlaceFirst manages the lettings, maintenance, and resident experience, ensuring a seamless and high-quality product.
