As our Planning Director, Claire brings extensive experience and a passion for shaping sustainable, liveable communities through innovative planning solutions. Since joining Strata in 2019 as Head of Planning, she has advanced to her current role, drawing on 13 years of consultancy experience with a strong emphasis on residential developments.
Claire oversees a talented team of planners who manage all planning matters on our developments, from the initial land bid to the final site completion. She is skilled at coordinating various disciplines to ensure projects meet deadlines and start on site on time. A strong advocate for community involvement, Claire often organizes public forums to ensure residents have a voice in the planning process.
Beyond Strata, Claire is a respected voice in the industry, sharing her expertise at conferences and helping to shape local and national planning policy. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and serves as a member of the HBF National Planning Committee and Chair of the Yorkshire HBF planning meetings.
