As Sustainability Manager, Elsie is responsible for shaping and driving our sustainability strategy, ensuring that long-term environmental and social value is embedded across our operations and partnerships.

In this role, Elsie works closely with pre-sold partners, internal project teams, and site-based colleagues to align sustainability priorities and integrate them into product specifications, processes, and reporting. They oversee the collection and assurance of accurate ESG data to support transparent disclosure and provide guidance to site teams to ensure compliance and enhance environmental performance.

With over seven years’ experience in sustainability across higher education, manufacturing, and the homebuilding sector, Elsie brings expertise in strategy development and delivery, stakeholder engagement, carbon accounting, and the design of data and process frameworks. Her work is underpinned by a collaborative and pragmatic approach that enables both partners and internal teams to achieve measurable sustainability outcomes that benefit people and the planet.

Elsie holds a BSc in Environmental Geography and is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP). In 2022, they received the Rising Star Award from the Printing Charity for leading the development of a robust sustainability strategy and carbon inventory that strengthened environmental governance and performance within the print sector.
