As our Land and Partnerships Manager, Emma plays a crucial role in our partnership schemes from the very beginning. She focuses on developing and strengthening relationships, working closely with partners to guide projects from the initial bid stage through to legal completion.
Emma's expertise lies in finding and evaluating suitable partnership sites, and she collaborates with both internal teams and external partners to develop viable schemes. She is experienced in securing sites through the bid or tender process and progressing legal agreements. Her skills span both land-led and contracting partnership schemes, as well as both Affordable Housing and Build-to-Rent projects.
A key example of her work includes her involvement in the setup and delivery of a recent Joint Venture with Placefirst, which has since progressed two schemes to the construction phase. With 3.5 years of experience at Strata, Emma brings valuable expertise in delivering a wide range of partnership schemes, including those secured through land-led deals and JCT design-and-build contracts.
