As our Strategic Land and Planning Manager, Grace specializes in identifying and securing land for residential development for the medium to long term, typically focusing on sites without existing planning permission. She works to unlock land that can be developed within the next 5 to 15 years, providing long-term certainty for our partners and supporting their future growth ambitions.
Grace's expertise lies in site promotion through the Council's Local Plan Review process to secure planning permission. By partnering with Strata, land owners can promote sites and then deliver them in collaboration. She has been working in the housebuilding industry since 2019, with extensive experience at a major PLC before joining Strata.
Grace holds a First-Class Honours degree in Human Geography and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), bringing a high level of professional accreditation and expertise to every strategic partnership.
