As a Planning Manager, Katie has been an integral part of the Strata team since she joined as a graduate in 2019. She specializes in working collaboratively with partners to secure planning permission for schemes that successfully balance the requirements of the Local Planning Authority, Strata, and the partner's interests.
Katie is highly experienced in the full planning process, from initial submission to site completion. Her role involves working closely with partners to ensure the satisfactory discharge of all planning conditions and compliance with Section 106 planning obligations.
She has played a key role in numerous successful projects, including collaborations with Yorkshire Housing, Placefirst, MODA, Great Places, and Keepmoat Homes. Katie holds a Master's of Planning from the University of Sheffield and is an accredited member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
