As our Chief Growth Officer, Mark is responsible for forging new and maintaining existing relationships with our partners, aligning our delivery programs to ensure Strata is a partner of choice. He oversees our Land, Planning, Design, Engineering, and Estimating teams, providing a comprehensive pre-development service to our partners and a seamless handover to our operational colleagues. 

With over 20 years of experience in the regeneration and development sector, Mark has a deep-seated passion for tackling complex sites and ensuring successful project delivery. His career began in the Regeneration Team at Hull City Council, where he was involved in managed land acquisition, demolition, and land assembly programmes. 

Mark transitioned to the private sector 11 years ago, where he has been instrumental in the progression of numerous schemes from concept through to delivery. His expertise is focused on helping to create a long-term project pipeline, growing our partnerships, and supporting clients and customers on their development journeys. He is also a Qualified Environmental Health Officer.
