As our Land and Partnership Manager, Richard is an expert in developing and maintaining strong relationships with public and private sector partners, including housing associations and local authorities. He is highly skilled in identifying and securing land for residential development, and his role is focused on structuring innovative delivery models that align with our partners' priorities.
Richard excels at unlocking complex and challenging sites through collaborative strategies, from land-led deals to joint ventures and design-and-build agreements. His experience ensures that developments are not only commercially viable but also deliver crucial affordable housing, regeneration benefits, and wider social value.
A leader in public-private collaboration, Richard's recent achievements include the successful partnership with Yorkshire Housing to deliver 97 affordable homes in Beverley, and the ongoing Westgate scheme with Thirteen Housing Group. He also plays a key role in the KHSP consortium, one of Hull's largest regeneration programs, which is set to deliver over 4,000 new homes and represents over £500 million in private investment.
With a BSc (Hons) in Property Development and an HND in Business Property Management, Richard brings a high level of expertise in feasibility assessment, commercial negotiation, and contract structuring. His focus, together with our partners, is on creating sustainable, mixed-tenure communities that balance affordability, inclusivity, and placemaking.
