As our Pre-Construction Director, Rob Larkin brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. His extensive background in estimating, project management, and land acquisition allows him to successfully oversee every project from its initial stages through to completion.
Rob's expertise includes site selection, commercial viability, project programming, and environmental assessments. He is known for his strategic vision and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, all while prioritizing sustainable practices and community engagement.
A natural leader, Rob excels at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, and local communities. He holds an HNC in Building Studies and a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leadership.
