We believe that the Joint Venture partnership between Strata and Placefirst & Matter Real Estate provides for a compelling set of complementary skill sets to deliver on a collective vision to develop a portfolio of single-family rental homes, “delivered by Strata, managed by Placefirst”.

We have a number of live and planned developments and are actively seeking more. We handle the pre-development and delivery phases, while PlaceFirst manages the lettings, maintenance, and resident experience, ensuring a seamless and high-quality product.

Manston Lane, Leeds
The Radial Park residential development on Manston Lane, Leeds is on the site of a former tank factory, turning the brownfield land into a mix of 2, 3, & 4 bed family homes. The homes are developed in a panelised timber frame fabric and using an off-gas approach to heating and living. With additional PV panels and battery storage incorporated, creating a low cost living rental home.
