The Radford Road project brings much needed single family rental homes to the Nottingham area in partnership with Casa By Moda. Their revolutionary rental offering made us passionate about working with them on this and other projects, and we were able to secure the land and planning, as well as delivering 114 quality new homes, enabling Casa By Moda to bring to market their first East Midlands neighbourhood.

114 new homes developed on site as Single Family Rental for partner Moda. The works on site have included remediation of ground, all site associated infrastructure and home development on site included in the contract. This was a land led deal whereby Strata had control of the land and facilitated a sale of the land to Moda and entered into a build contract to govern the delivery phase of the scheme.
