The Westgate project takes a brownfield site that was formerly a factory, in Cleckheaton. The expansive site will see 180 new homes, ranging from 2 up to 3 and 4 bedrooms, bringing more private rental homes to the area in partnership with Thirteen Group. We were able to secure the land and planning, as well as acting as principal contractor to deliver the site to completion.
