We're thrilled to announce that our partnership scheme at Chingford Road, Nottingham, has been granted full planning permission. This is a huge step forward for the project, which will deliver a total of 130 new homes, including 26 affordable homes for a local authority.
The development is designed with the community at its heart. It will feature a mix of two to four-bedroom homes and a large open space with picnic and kick-about areas, fostering a strong sense of community for residents.
