The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards are widely considered the "Oscars" of the housebuilding industry. They are the most highly regarded accolade for site managers, recognizing those who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a commitment to raising standards in construction. The awards are the result of a rigorous, 18-month judging process that assesses sites on six key criteria: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety. With only the top 5% of sites winning an award each year, it's a mark of true excellence and a benchmark for quality.
This achievement is even more impressive considering the team at Kiveton will complete over 80 plots this year, all while maintaining an exceptional level of quality, staying ahead of schedule, and upholding the highest health and safety standards. Winning this award for the second consecutive year is a significant accomplishment and speaks to our team's consistent excellence.
